When hiring Digital Exprt workforce, organizations are utilizing their competitive know-how by identifying the critical intents that customers bring to the conversation. Those critical intents can be handled by conversing with customers in an automated fashion.
Once critically important intents have been specified by the business domain specialist, Digital Exprt Assistant is ready for the on-the-job training.
Training The Assistant
The training consists of supplying typical questions or requests coming from the customers/prospects. The trainer presents the incoming message to Digital Exprt Assistant, and the assistant attempts to match the content of the message with the predefined intents. If the assistant finds a match that probably fits the meaning of the message, it reports the findings to the trainer. The trainer can then either agree with the assistant and reinforce the correctness of the match, or can disagree and teach the assistant by showing the correct match.
